The wheels are rotated to any value by hand (NO TOOLS REQUIRED) and locked into position by pin. A complete inscription can be changed in seconds, making these an ideal tool for random, quick change numbering. Each wheel has 10 positions, #0 thru 9, and blank. PLEASE ALLOW 2 TO 4 WEEKS TO MANUFACTURE.
