I LOST MY INSTRUCTIONS; CAN I GET A NEW SET? Most, if not all of our products have user instruction sheets available by clicking on the red link at the top of the item's description (Just under the add to cart button). Click on your browser back button to return to the product page. If you prefer, e-mail us at sales@brand-first.com and we will email a copy to you.

WARRANTY OF MARKING TOOLS: Steelstamps.com warrants its line of marking tools and machines to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Our liability under this warranty is limited to 90 days from the date of shipment. Claims not made in writing within such period are waived. Warranty does not extend to parts damaged after date of shipment from Steelstamps.com’s plant where the damage is not directly due to a defect in material or workmanship, nor does it apply to goods altered or repaired by anyone other than Steelstamps.com’s authorized employees, nor to goods furnished by buyer or acquired at buyer’s request and/or to buyers specifications.

Steelstamps.com’s liability shall be limited to repair or replacement F.O.B. seller’s point of shipment. In no event shall Steelstamps.com be liable for labor or consequential damages. There is no implied warranty by Steelstamps.com for fitness of purpose.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY: There will be a 15% restock fee on all marking tools and/or machines returned IN NEW CONDITION within 10 days. If for any reason our marking tools and/or machines will not work for your application, please contact us immediately for a return authorization. It is your responsibility to make sure the marking tools and/or machine is packaged and boxed properly for return shipment, If the marking tools and/or machine is damaged during return the 15% restock fee will be applied and deducted from your return credit.
